A BIT MORE ABOUT ME ...
From an early age, I was drawn to a VARIETY of sports including skiing, tennis, track & field, golf, rowing, calisthenics, MMA, handball, and football! Alongside over a decade of dedicated strength training (which was initially about the LOOK - the case for many), this extensive athletic background provided me with deep insights into physical fitness and the underlying mechanics of the human body. My fascination with the "software" of human movement—how the body operates and how to optimise this movement and enhance physical performance—has always driven my passion for research and discovery.
Although movement is where my heart lives, I took a detour and pursued my first degree in Business & Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics after high school. Little did I know, this is what would guide me into opening this business. As I was completing this degree, I met my wife in Hong Kong and we later relocated to London together.
This quest for understanding the body intensified throughout the years as I experienced significant injuries and struggled with chronic pain during most of my athletic journey - which coincided with my decision to shift focuses and pursue Physiotherapy professionally. My journey into this field was not just about recovery; it was about fulfilling a lifelong dream to become the physiotherapist I always wanted to be — the one I never met as a young athlete. Growing up, I suffered numerous injuries and saw various therapists; chiropractors, osteopaths, physiotherapists, and trainers. Yet, none could fully explain what was happening in my body or why I was suffering my pains and injuries. It was primarlily a big focus on passive treatment modalities, rather than getting to the root cause of my symptoms. The lack of clear answers left me continuously searching for reasons and solutions.
My goal with this clinic and my clients is simple: we are here to guide you on the path to reach your MAXIMUM potential.
