Let your insurance know that you require Physiotherapy.

You may inform them that the lead practitioner's name at this clinic is:
Mr. Haakon Hauge (if they need the HCPC or CSP Registration numbers, please reach out to us so we can provide these to you). 

They will either:
(A) provide you with a claim number and we will handle the billing with them directly, or
(B) you will pay upfront and get it reimbursed with your insurance after. 

Check with them on any additional charges. 

Once you know how your insurance policy works, book an appointment with us and let us know that you would like to use insurance so we can check this for you. 

Once we have your details set up, you can continue receiving treatment from us with ease!
